I am a lone parent supporting a diagnosis-defying adult child and together we are negotiating the many challenges of the mental health system, the merry dance between detention and forced treatment with neglect and lack of support in the community for more than a decade.

Right now I am resting and recovering from crashing caregiver burnout and Long Covid/ME, but when I’m up to it, I have so much writing to do!
