Christina Patterson

Christina Patterson is a writer, broadcaster and coach. She writes for The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph and The Daily Mail and is a regular guest on the Sky News press preview and Radio 2’s The Jeremy Vine Show. Her first book, The Art of Not Falling Apart, was picked as a Book of the Year in the New Statesman and the Mail on Sunday, which described it as “a manual on how to survive in the 21st-century”. Her family memoir, Outside, the Sky is Blue, was a Times/Sunday Times Best Summer read, The Bookseller’s Book of the Month and hailed in The Observer as “a bracing, heart-lifting read”.
